Social debates today often feel like dead ends: people talk past each other, fronts harden, and constructive exchange hardly seems possible anymore.But what if conflict wasn't the problem, but part of the solution?
In this interactive workshop you will learn to navigate polarization rather than avoid it and promote “good conflict” in your environment.Using case studies, group work and role plays, you will try out concrete tools for de-escalation, deep listening and constructive dialogue that will help you remain able to act even in difficult conversations.
The basis is the Good Conflict Framework by US journalists Amanda Ripley and Hélène Biandudi Hofer, a practical model that shows how conflicts can be structured constructively without explaining away differences.
