Sonja Hohenbild is a culture worker. Her work engages in varying roles, media, and collaboratively with colonialism and her own roots. She studied visual art at the HBK Braunschweig and the UdK Berlin as well as Communication for Development at the Malmö University. Her focus are multi-directional remembrance, memorials, resistance and healing processes. She is part of BARAZANI.berlin located at the project space SPREEUFER.
