Miguel Braceli is an artist born in Venezuela currently living in the United States. In 2021 he founded LA ESCUELA__, in collaboration with the international non-profit organization Siemens Stiftung. This artist-run platform is dedicated to collective learning and creativity in public spaces. Through a combination of art projects, editorial content, and exchange programs La Escuela has fostered a network of Latin American art practices centered on a decolonial approach to education. This initiative promotes self-organized structures and cultivates alternative spaces for knowledge production. In 2029, Braceli was honored with the Young Artist Award of the Principality of Asturias accompanied by a solo exhibition in Spain.
