We rent out rooms for large events, seminars, conferences and much more. Our banquett portfolio (German) provides an overview of the current prices, technical equipment, and booking options for our event spaces at Berlin Global Village.
On the first floor there are 3 workshop rooms and a hall for larger events with 160 m² of space. On the 4th floor of the new building there is a lounge with a roof terrace for a more intimate setting.
Our community kitchen can be hired for cooking events or on-site catering. It is equipped to cater for up to 30 people.
Prices
The standard rate applies to external organizations, companies, and individuals who share our values. Non-profit organizations receive a 30% discount on the standard rate. For organizations, associations, initiatives, and projects working on developmental or migrant-diasporic issues we offer our Friends Rate, which is a 50% discount on the standard price.
Cleaning fee
A cleaning fee is charged per booking and room in addition to the rental price: Seminar rooms 45€ / Community kitchen, cafe, lounge 80€ / Hall 200€ Separate regulations apply for internal organizations.
Catering/Food
For events, 2 tea kitchens are also available free of charge for the preparation of drinks and snacks. A catering service is not offered, but can be organized by you. Alternatively, we are happy to recommend various catering companies.
Directions/Location
The Berlin Global Village is located on the site of the former Kindl brewery in Berlin Neukölln and is easily accessible by public transport (U7 Rathaus Neukölln, U8 Boddinstraße and various bus connections).
The nearest parking spaces are available in the PARK ONE parking garage in Rollbergstrasse.
Accessibility
Our public spaces are accessible without steps on the first floor and the 4th floor via an elevator. Barrier-free toilet facilities are available on both floors. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the building for people with physical disabilities.
