Our Managing Director Armin Massing was invited to attend the 22nd session of the Committee for Economy, Energy and Business in the Berlin House of Representatives on 04.09.2023. In the context of a hearing on the Development Policy Guidelines: Think globally, act locally – regional aspects of international economic cooperation, he presented the Berlin Global Village in its entirety as well as the currently running art competition for a decolonial memorial. Also accepting the invitation was Alexander Schudy from the Berliner Entwicklungspolitischen Ratschlag e.V., an ever strong partner and part of the shareholders of the Berlin Global Village gGmbH. New Cultural Event Series: Sankofa Stages
Starting in October 2025, a new cultural event series – Sankofa Stages – launches at Berlin Global Village, centering African and Afro-diasporic perspectives. The events bring together established, emerging, and experimental artists, musicians, filmmakers, and other cultural practitioners. X3 SPACES CREATIVE FEST 2025
On May 16, 2025, Berlin Global Village became the stage for the first PostOst Creative Fest: Over 15 acts used art, talks, film, music, and storytelling to challenge stereotypes – creating space for postmigrant perspectives, exchange, and empowerment.
