moveGLOBAL e.V. cordially invites you to an expert discussion“Ensuring participation. Strengthening transitions.” as part of the project “Aimful for training!”(ZA!), which will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.ZA!strengthens reference persons from (post-)migrant communities in their role as companions in educational and career orientation processes.
The focus of the event is the question of how transitions from school to training and work can be made fairer - especially for young people who are affected by discrimination.
Together with young people, caregivers and representatives from practice, science and politics, we would like to discuss challenges in the transition from school to work, existing structural barriers and discrimination-sensitive solutions. The focus is particularly on the perspectives of young people, who bring their experiences and needs directly into the event.
Against the background of the need for skilled workers and existing educational inequalities, we want to investigate the question of how equal opportunities and participation can be strengthened during the transition to training and work.
The event offers space for professional exchange, networking and the joint development of recommendations for policy, administration and practice.
