Armin Massing has a university degree in history, philosophy and public law (Freiburg and Madrid). He has worked as a journalist for various newspapers and magazines. As a consultant and managing director at the Berliner Entwicklungspolitischen Ratschlag e.V. (2004-2013), he coordinated various decolonial alliances (including No Amnesty on Genocide) and was instrumental in the first decolonial street renaming in Berlin (May-Ayim-Ufer, 2009). From 2013-2016, he joined Forum Fairer Handel e.V. as a policy officer and executive director. Since 2017, he has dedicated himself to the development of Berlin Global Village as managing director.
