Berlin Global Village is committed to creating an environment that supports people who experience discrimination, harassment, bullying, or abuse of power. BGV takes every complaint seriously.

BGV’s Standards of Conduct and Complaint Mechanisms help establish and maintain respectful, responsible, and supportive interactions among all members of the community. These structures provide the framework for:

• The way in which the center offers support and intervenes to resolve conflicts in cases of discrimination and other disputes.
• The prevention of conflicts of interest and the implementation of measures to prevent corruption.
