Initiative Perspektivwechsel e.V. is an association of transcultural encounter and political education. We work on educational projects mainly in Berlin and Brandenburg and support further projects of our sister organization Initiative de Changement de Perspective in Douala, Cameroon.
With our work we want to encourage young people to critically examine power structures. We question the relations between the global North and South and raise awareness for forms of discrimination such as racism and sexism. Through our program, we want to empower young people and integrate them into social discourse.
