On May 28th, we warmly invite you to the annual Earth Ceremony at the EarthNest — the decolonial memorial in front of Berlin Global Village.
🏺 The Earth Ceremony is a recurring ritual that keeps the EarthNest alive and continues its story. As part of the ceremony, soils from formerly colonized territories are added to the clay vessels in the underground section of the memorial. With each soil and the stories connected to it, the significance of the site continues to grow. Layer by layer, a collective space of remembrance emerges, connecting past, present, and future.
🗣️ Look forward to a multivocal program!
