Our qualification series is aimed at participants who are looking for a protected space to reflect on their role as a speaker, strengthen action and resilience and to expand skills for global learning.The goal is to be able to act more confident and more effective - even in difficult situations.

Education work on the subjects of global justice, migration, racism, anti -Semitism or social inequality is highly relevant - but also demanding.Complex topics, social tensions and controversial discussions can not only be technical, but also personally challenging.

An open dialogue and the relationship with the speakers form the basis of this series of qualifications for us.That is why we rely on learning in a permanent group.The five modules build together methodically and in terms of content and combine knowledge transfer, practice, collegial advice and peer learning.
