Our fourth event will be about trauma: What role do historical and current traumatic experiences for Jews*Jews play?To what extent traumas also determine the specific debate situation in Germany?Is the much-discussed state boundaries possibly an instrumentalization of the trauma complex?What spaces of "Jewish" and "Palestinian" grief remain for people in Germany when their grief is exploited or invisible for political purposes?And finally: could the mutual recognition of different trauma and life realities be established in solidarity and alliances?

Since the attack by Hamas on Israel on October 7, 2023 and the destruction of the Gaza strip
