Office Space Available at Berlin Global Village

Looking For Office Spaces?

Are you a development policy-focused or migrant-diaspora NGO looking for new office space and want to become part of Berlin Global Village? Then apply now!

Starting April 1, 2026, approximately 135sqm of space will become available on the 1st floor (Altbau) at Berlin Global Village, and we are looking for organizations interested in becoming a long-term part of the Berlin Global Village community. The space is reserved for migrant-diasporic organizations.

Size:
The entire floor offers approximately 135 sqm of space that can either be used by a single large NGO or shared by several smaller organizations. Anything from 10 to 135 sqm is possible. For planning purposes, we suggest the following calculation: 10 sqm per employee/workstation.

Costs:
The rent is €13.90 per sqm (net) plus €8.33 per sqm for heating and operating cost prepayments. Included in this are full access to the shared infrastructure of Berlin Global Village:

• Tea kitchen on the floor,
• Meeting rooms on every floor,
• Community café on the ground floor of the historic building,
• Lounge and rooftop terrace in the new building,
• High-speed internet,
• Electricity and heating, and much more.
These additional costs are typically extra in a standard commercial lease but are already covered here through the operating costs.

If you are interested, please reach out to: verwaltung@berlin-global-village.de

Please include the following in your expression of interest:
• A brief written statement (approx. half a page) explaining why your NGO would like to move into Berlin Global Village,
• What your organization would contribute to the community,
• Any existing connections with NGOs currently based at Berlin Global Village,
• How many sqm of office space you will need,
• Your preferred location/floor within the building: Floor Plan

The decision on the lease agreements will be made by the BGV Tenant Representation together with the BGV Shareholders’ Assembly, based on a criteria list developed by the tenants (see criteria list here).

Feel free to share this offer with other Berlin-based organizations in your network.
