Black in Tech and Berlin Global Village cooperate for the BITES25 x Digital Hub Conference 2025

As part of the BITES25 x Digital Hub Conference, Black in Tech and Berlin Global Village are joining forces to send a strong signal for diversity, participation, and digital justice.

This cooperation brings together two strong actors working toward a more inclusive tech sector and a fairer digital future. Black in Tech is active across Europe in supporting underrepresented talent in the technology sector. With a focus on education, economic participation, and professional development, the organization creates spaces where Black professionals – especially women and other marginalized groups and founders – can become visible, connect, and grow. Berlin Global Village, as a development policy and migrant-diasporic center and a space for global justice, provides the ideal place for this.

The joint event within the BITES25 x Digital Hub Conference will not only open up innovative perspectives on digitalization and diversity, but also set concrete impulses for structural change. The goal is to forge new alliances, share knowledge, and work together for a fair digital future.

One of the greatest challenges of our time remains digitalization – particularly the question of how technology can be shaped fairly and socially worldwide. This is precisely the focus of Berlin Global Village’s Digital Hub project. The structural planning for the Digital Hub is currently underway.
