Berlin – a pulsating, lively city.And yet we often feel exhausted and alone in everyday life.
In the midst of constant stimuli, (care) work, social change and responsibility, we easily lose touch with ourselves
– and to others.
How can we transform our collective experiences without isolating them?
The workshop series offers a space in which you can recharge, feel yourself and find ways to deal with stress, overload and exhaustion.By connecting with others and ourselves, we strengthen our resilience and mental health.
We, Jehan and Ute, accompany you holistically and interdisciplinarily, working with methods from empowerment, body psychotherapy and restorative practices.
The group sessions are for FLINTA* (women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people), queers and WoC (women of color).
