Prices

The rates for renting the event rooms depend on the type of organization and the duration of use.

Customer groups: 

  • The standard rate is aimed at external organizations, companies and private individuals who share our values. 
  • All non-profit organizations and companies receive a 30% discount on the standard rate.
  • Organizations, associations, initiatives and projects that work on development policy and migrant-diaspora issues receive our Friends rate with a 50% discount on the standard price.

Duration of use: (including set-up and dismantling times in each case)

  • Half day:      up to 5 hours of use
  • Full day:      up to 9 hours of use
  • Full day+:    More than 9h use

 

Cleaning fee
A cleaning fee is charged per booking and room in addition to the rental price:

  • Seminar rooms 45€
  • Community kitchen, cafe, lounge 80€
  • Hall 200€ 

Catering/Food

For events, two kitchens are available free of charge for the preparation of drinks and snacks. While we do not provide catering services, we are happy to recommend various catering companies to you. 

 

Directions/Location 

The Berlin Global Village is located on the site of the former Kindl brewery in Berlin Neukölln and is easily accessible by public transport (U7 Rathaus Neukölln, U8 Boddinstraße and various bus connections).  

The nearest parking spaces are available in the PARK ONE parking garage in Rollbergstrasse. 

 

Accessibility

All our rooms are accessible on the ground floor and the 4th floor via an elevator. Barrier-free toilet facilities are available. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the building for people with physical disabilities. For a complete overview, take a look at our detailed accessibility features.
