Berlin Global Village – the One World Center in Berlin is a visible place for people, initiatives, and organizations committed to social change and global justice. By now we are the largest NGO-center in Germany - with a clear stance, the center is also a vibrant network and a social space of cooperation—for both users and visitors.
Around 60 development-focused and migrant-diasporic NGOs work here. The public event spaces host a wide range of political and cultural programs for the city’s communities. As the operator of the center, Berlin Global Village gGmbH promotes collaboration, exchange, and networking, and pools resources through shared infrastructure and opportunities.

Approximately 60 migrant-diasporic and development policy oriented non-profits are located at the center. We are the home of small volunteer associations, large non-governmental organizations, and state and federal umbrella organizations, forming a strong network with a unique variety of topics related to global social justice.

At the 2026 Earth Ceremony at the Decolonial Memorial EarthNest , artists, activists, and community members came together to share stories, memories, and diasporic perspectives, bringing the memorial to life.
At the center of this group exhibition is an exploration of diasporic identities. Through photography, painting, and textile works, the four artists approach these questions from different perspectives.
At the panel “Decolonize the Digital: From Connectivity to Collective Solidarity”, we could present the Digital Hub to the public and discussed how digitalization can be made more just, democratic, and community-driven.
BGVestival is becoming GLOBALE! The 5th edition of the festival at Berlin Global Village returns with a new look. As part of 48 Stunden Neukölln, Berlin Global Village is opening its doors to the neighborhood, to everyone interested in art and culture, and to all those who want to connect with the organizations based at the center.
